Torus model made from Slinky toy |
The Simple Explanation suggests that a "universal unit of consciousness" carries all of the information that manifests as our particular time/space continuum. This universal unit of consciousness is the primal algorithm of the set of laws that govern our universe. Some people call that God. Other people think it all can be boiled down to math and physics. More Slinky Torus Magic
By now you realize that you can make a torus model using a toy Slinky. You pull the two ends together and secure them to each other to make a donut.
Yesterday I was showing a friend how, if you stack two such Slinky tori one upon the other, they fall through one another without interference. Take a look at this short video of me pushing one Slinky through another.
What puzzles me is how neatly the curved tines of the two objects pass through each other without becoming tangled. Try it yourself! Take any two Slinkys of any size and replicate. Great fun!
